For suppliers

Working with suppliers

Brands and distributors want to know who is buying their products. This is how we operate.

How we operate

What you can expect from us

Clear orders

Written purchase orders that quote your product codes and EANs, so nothing is ambiguous.

Agreed payment terms

We pay on the terms we agree, and we are happy to pay in advance while an account is being established.

Proper records

Every purchase is invoiced to L&W Distributions Ltd, and we keep invoices for brand and marketplace authenticity checks.

A direct line

Brands deal directly with the director, not a call centre, and we reply to every enquiry.

How an account starts

From first email to first reorder

A simple route, with your terms at every step.

  1. We review your terms

You send us your trade terms, minimum order, pricing policy and a catalogue or price list, and we read them properly.

  2. We place a trial order

A first order that lets both sides see how the relationship works.

  3. We reorder as products sell

Repeat orders follow what sells, on a schedule that suits your stock.

We need your trade terms, minimum first order, pricing policy, and a catalogue or price list with EANs if you have them. We send our company details and complete any application forms.

If you prefer us to work through your authorised UK distributors, tell us who they are and we will apply to them.

On the terms we agree with you. We are happy to pay in advance while an account is being established.

Branded consumer products. We specialise in household goods and toys, and we are open to other categories that suit your brand and our terms.
